Deck Of Cards January 14th Workout





Take a deck of cards without jokers.
Type of card = Exercise
Number of card = Number of reps
1-10 = Cards number and All Face Cards = 11

Workout consists of using all of the cards

Diamonds= Situps
Hearts = Burpees
Spades= Ab Crickets
Clubs = Flutter Kicks
