Fitness
50 ab crickets
50 crunches
50 burpees
Cardio When finished

Athlete
hang cleans 3x 6
Curl and press 3x 6
over head arm ext 3x 6
Pullups 2x fail
Tricep pushups 2x fail
FW Ladder
