Sets of 21-15-9 For each

Med ball routine
Dumbell upper body lifts with sets of 20 reps
100 Flutter Kicks

50 jumping pullups
4x 5 hang cleans
25 uneven pushups per arm
100 ab crickets
Upper body dumbell lifts when done
